Groups and Workshops

Tuesdays through February 17 at 6:00 pm (resuming April 15).

A free offering, this in-person group is an opportunity for those actively experiencing loss or despair to gather, share, and find comfort in a discussion group led by experienced group facilitator and grief support therapist, Martha McCamy.

As we face ongoing personal and collective losses, worry, fear, rupture, disconnect- we need spaces to process and release together. Hanging on to old pain and lacking avenues of processing new pain can weigh down our spirit, diminish our joy, stifle our creativity, and reduce our capacity for connection. In some cases, the inability to grieve fully can diminish us entirely. When we grief fully, our pain transforms: it becomes fertile ground for healing- for ourselves, our ancestors, and the future we are creating together. More information

A six week series for clients who are developing spiritual practices, are doing healing work for others, or are new to working with energy. This group is for you if you are interested in connecting with others who are becoming aware of other ways of knowing. Martha McCamy will lead this group through weekly topic-driven discussions.

Cost: $120 for the series.
